While this may sound quite simple - it’s actually more complicated than it might appear. In fact, the default position from most humans is to live and lead from a place below the line - where we are defensive of our own point of views, act on auto-pilot, and focus more on ‘me’ rather than ‘we’.

The very goal of our approach is therefore to help leaders recognize how he or she is reacting, thinking, and leading from below the line, and then take active steps to shift their outlook and leadership style to one that is based in an above the line.
